6 Tips for Losing Baby Weight

If you have recently you have your baby and feel fat and ugly, you’re probably dying to lose some weight and then to your normal character. Here are six tips for babies to lose weight.

Tip # 1 – Eat a sensible balanced diet including some starch, protein and fat. You will be surprised at the fat, but I really mean “good” fats such as olive oil.

Tip # 2 – Eat many small meals and snacks, and I do not know, cookies, chips and peanuts. Stock your refrigerator with carrot sticks (they last forever in a box with cold water), celery (in water or in a plastic bag) and fruits. If you have chips, choose low-fat, low-sodium varieties.
